Discovery + Design
Beginning with a home consultation, we discuss your needs, vision, budget range, and provide real-time feedback on ideas and costs.
Design / Feasibility Services Agreement
The next step is a commitment from you. We’ll connect you with a professional to design plans that meet your expectations. A scope-of-work is then drafted.
Design Review, Scope, and Trade Walk
Your sales consultant will meet with you to finalize the ‘Bid Set’ of plans and scope. A Trade Walk is scheduled, and trade partner pricing is collected.
Investment Worksheet / Purchase Agreement
Following ‘Bid Set’, we’ll review the investment worksheet detailing total costs, allowances, and options. Then you sign a purchase agreement, make the down payment, and we apply for permits.
Final Design Selections
As you make design selections, our talented in-house designers will collaborate on your home’s final look and make your vision a reality.
Pre-Construction Meeting
At the kickoff meeting with your team, we’ll review your Client Guidebook, the final ‘Construction Set’ of plans, construction schedules, long lead items, expectations, and selection deadlines.
Construction
The building begins! Your project manager is your contact for all communication regarding daily activity, materials, schedule, payments, and change orders.
Closing / Quality Inspections
On closing day, you will take a final quality walk with your project manager to review operational items and ensure every detail is perfect. Afterward, we schedule home photos and follow-up with 30 day and 1 year Quality Inspections.
